SORET operates through chapters in universities and institutions across the South Rift Valley and beyond.
A chapter is the smallest functional unit of the society — the center for fellowship where brethren meet to share testimonies and obtain spiritual nourishment.
Chapters are coordinated by officials elected by members. The following offices apply to all SORET Kenya Chapters:

| Vice Chairperson | Assistant to chairperson; members' welfare |
| Secretary | Records, correspondence, and administration |
| Treasurer | Chapter funds management |
| Praise & Worship Coordinator | Worship sessions and music ministry |
| Prayer Coordinator | Chapter prayer life and devotions |
| Missions Coordinator | Outreach missions and evangelism |
| ICT Coordinator | Technology, sound, and communications |
