Advisory Council: Convener + 3–6 associate members; appointed by

The Patron: Appointed by NASEC, confirmed by AGM; convener of
Advisory Council.
AGM: Held annually; not more than 15 months between meetings; 28
days' written notice.
SGM: Called by NASEC for specific purposes; 7 days' notice; or
requisitioned by half of members (held within 21 days).
Quorum: Not less than one-third of total registered members.
NASEC Elections: Every 2 years by secret ballot at AGM. Conducted
by Nominations and Elections Committee (NEC).
NEC: Must have served in NASEC or regional leadership for at least
one full term; no more than 2/3 same gender.
By-Elections: Triggered by vote of no confidence (2/3 majority),
inability to perform duties, or written resignation.
Chapters contribute 10% of annual collections to national treasury.
SORET may accept financial or other aid from non-members.
Funds deposited in an approved financial institution in the name of SORET.

Constitutional Amendments: 21 days' notice to secretary; Advisory
Council opinion sought; passed by 3/4 of registered members present at General
Meeting; registrar consent required.
Inspection: Books of accounts and member lists available for
inspection with 7 days' written notice to NASEC secretary.
Dissolution: By 3/4 vote at General Meeting; requires Registrar of
Societies permission; KSCF notified; remaining assets distributed to Christian
organizations.
